Digital Millennium Copyright Act
Erohere is a content discovery and aggregation platform dedicated to cosplay content. The content displayed on our website is sourced from third-party providers and integrated into our platform through automated systems. Our service is designed to provide users with an interface for discovering and accessing publicly available content from external sources. We respect copyright laws and recognize the rights of copyright holders. We are committed to reviewing legitimate copyright complaints and taking appropriate action within the technical capabilities and operational limitations of our platform.
Our content infrastructure utilizes a hash-based identification and management system to organize and reference content. Images and related resources may be processed through automated systems that assign unique identifiers or hashes for indexing, organization, and delivery purposes. This architecture allows our service to manage large volumes of content efficiently, but it also means that identifying and removing a particular image solely through a public-facing URL may not always be technically straightforward. The relationship between source content, metadata, hash identifiers, and cached resources may require additional verification before any specific service-side action can be taken.
Content retrieved from third-party providers is delivered through our proxy and caching infrastructure. Depending on the resource and system configuration, data may be temporarily processed or cached to improve performance, reduce repeated requests, and provide a more reliable user experience. The use of caching and proxy mechanisms does not necessarily provide us with direct control over the original source material or the external systems from which the content originates.
Our infrastructure may employ security and data protection mechanisms, including encryption in transit and other technical safeguards where applicable. These measures are intended to protect communications and system integrity. However, security mechanisms and content-management architecture can introduce additional technical considerations when attempting to identify, isolate, or remove individual resources from a larger content collection.
Due to the architecture of our platform, we cannot guarantee that every reported image can be individually deleted from all associated systems or that every reference to a particular resource can be immediately removed. Where technically feasible, we may implement alternative service-side measures, including restricting the visibility of reported content in internal search results, limiting indexing by search engines, restricting access to particular resources, or applying other appropriate controls. The availability of these measures depends on the nature of the reported material and the technical characteristics of the relevant systems.
Copyright holders who believe that their material is being displayed without authorization are encouraged to contact Erohere directly. Direct communication allows us to receive the relevant information, clarify the specific material being reported, verify the source and context of the complaint, and determine what service-side measures may be technically available. Contacting Erohere directly also provides a dedicated channel for communication with our team regarding the reported material.
Erohere provides a direct channel for copyright holders to submit complaints and communicate with our team. Copyright holders are encouraged to submit their reports directly to [email protected] whenever possible. This allows the complaint to be reviewed directly by Erohere without relying solely on external reporting or intermediary communication processes.
Complaints submitted through external reporting systems, infrastructure providers, hosting providers, or other third-party intermediaries are not handled directly by Erohere and may not be received, reviewed, or responded to by our team. Such submissions are subject to the policies, procedures, and review processes of those respective services, which are outside Erohere's direct control. These third parties may have their own jurisdictional, contractual, or operational requirements, and their handling of a complaint may differ significantly from the direct review process conducted by Erohere. In some cases, third-party providers or intermediaries may disregard, delay, or decline to act on a complaint altogether. Factors such as server location, jurisdiction, provider policy, and the provider's own legal obligations may affect whether and how a complaint is addressed. Erohere has no control over these external factors and cannot guarantee that a complaint submitted through a third party will be forwarded to Erohere or acted upon in any way.
When a complaint is received through an external reporting system or intermediary, additional communication or verification may be required to identify the specific material, establish the relevant source, and determine the appropriate service-side response. Such external processes do not replace Erohere's direct copyright complaint channel. Copyright holders may contact Erohere directly to provide complete information and communicate with our team regarding the reported material.
To facilitate a direct and efficient review process, copyright holders should provide specific information about the material being reported. This may include the exact URL or other information sufficient to locate the allegedly infringing material, a clear description of the copyrighted work, and any relevant information that can assist Erohere in identifying the material within our systems.
To help us process a copyright complaint efficiently, please send a written notice to [email protected]. The notice should include a detailed description of the copyrighted work, the exact URL or other information sufficient to locate the allegedly infringing material, the copyright holder's name and reliable contact information, information supporting ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the copyright holder, a statement of good-faith belief that the reported use is unauthorized, a statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided and the authority to submit the complaint where applicable, and an electronic or physical signature.
Complaints that do not include sufficient evidence of ownership, authorization, or other information necessary to verify the basis of the claim may be treated as incomplete, unverifiable, or spam. Erohere reserves the right to disregard, filter, or decline to process such submissions without further notice. Repeated, abusive, automated, or bad-faith submissions may also be treated as spam and may result in the complaint being ignored or blocked. Providing false, misleading, or materially inaccurate information may likewise result in the complaint being disregarded.
We may request additional information when the submitted notice does not contain sufficient details to identify the reported material or verify the basis of the claim. Providing clear URLs, relevant source references, and specific descriptions of the copyrighted work can help us assess the complaint more accurately. We reserve the right to request clarification where necessary, while evaluating complaints in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our operational procedures.
Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, Erohere will review the reported material and assess appropriate service-side action within our technical capabilities. Depending on the circumstances, available measures may include reasonable technical restrictions or other appropriate controls. Any action taken will depend on the information available, the nature of the complaint, and the architecture of the relevant systems.
Because content may be retrieved, processed, identified, and cached through automated systems, changes to a particular resource may require additional processing before they are reflected throughout all relevant parts of the platform. The time required for such changes may vary depending on the resource, cache state, indexing state, and other technical factors.
Erohere does not guarantee that any service-side measure will remove all references to reported content from external search engines or other third-party services. Search engine indexing, caching, and archival processes are controlled by external services and may continue independently of changes made within Erohere's own systems.
Erohere aims to maintain a transparent and responsible approach to copyright-related complaints. We encourage copyright holders to provide accurate, specific, and verifiable information so that reported material can be reviewed appropriately. We will consider legitimate complaints in good faith and take reasonable measures available within our technical and operational capabilities.
Complaints submitted in bad faith, containing materially inaccurate information, or misrepresenting copyright ownership may be subject to further review. We reserve the right to request clarification or supporting information where necessary, while handling complaints in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
